A workshop on Research Methodology, Writing and Research Reporting organized by the French Institute for Research in Africa (IFRA) on 12th to 13th April 2018 at Institute for Develpoment Research, A.B.U Zaria and three researchers from Gender Policy Unit of Ahmadu Bello University were trained. Earlier in February 2018 a meeting was held between the Director of the Unit, Prof. Binta Abdulkarim, the IFRA Director; Dr Elodie Apard and the Secretary-General of the institute, Martin Mbella discussed on research outcomes that would reduce the menace of Female trafficking in Nigeria and its global networks. Other subsequent on May 25th 2018 with IFRA senior research fellows; Prof. Bernard Caron and Ms Eucilic Guitard highlighted areas of collaboration with the GPU and IFRA and the French Embassy in Nigeria thus:
